Wander
Today we fed the donkeys at the barn and there were also sheep. The sheep did not get fed because the donkeys were too greedy if you tried to feed the sheep the donkeys would kick you. Then we went back and someone picked an apple of a tree and we got to eat the apple off the tree and it was so cool. After that we went to the town and the houses were at the ocean, when you opened the door you were at the ocean and it was so cool. And we got a bag and a lavender pouch and then we went back to the car and watched a movie in the car while we went to the beach. The beach was wavy and so cool. You had to go under the waves when you did not want to. And then home to dinner and then to bed.

Sarah . . . can I travel with you? You seem to appreciate everything you do, and that is a very special quality, especially at your age. When I was a kid my family went on only two vacations and I remember both, though not fondly. Maybe it was me. You have been given such a very special gift in your parents and brother. Not to mention this gaggle of grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins and assorted hangers on.
ReplyDeleteWhat a busy day!!!!!! Where was this barn with the donkeys and the sheep? Did you just happen to see it or was this part of your planned day. I was glad to hear you kept your distance from the kicking donkeys. They must have really been hungry. How come you weren't able to pick the apple off the tree? Was it too high? I love the smell of lavender. I hope you'll be able to bring that pouch home with you. Speaking of home, you'll be back in your own bed in less than a week. Can you believe that????? We're all so excited. So take care of yourself (and your family).... don't go under any waves if you don't want to...(that sounds a little scary). Keep having lots of fun and adventures. We love love love love love you.
ReplyDeleteI don't like those big waves either!! Sounds like a great day, especially the houses on the beach! Miss you!!
