New
Today we took a 2 hour drive to Montenegro and we stopped at a little town at the half way mark. We went swimming at the town in the rain which made no sense but we did it anyway. Ben found a clam kind thing. Then we climbed the church steeple and it was 182 steps and my dad hit his head on the bell at the top. Then we went to Kotor where we went to the beach and me and my brother found a lot of shells. Ben looked in the water and I looked on the shore. Ben found most of the big shells and I found all of the small interesting shells. We are staying in Kotor tonight and we went to the square and we had pizza and watched a acting school do a play. Good night.

It is such a pleasure reading one of your blogs.
ReplyDeleteYou are such a girl (though you play soccer like a boy). I love hearing about the kinds of ice cream and the things you find on the beach. I was going to say something to you in Bosnian, but my faithful translator Vladimar has gotten very confused with all the countries you are going thru. I'm afraid we wore him out trying to help you take a nap.
your trip sounds amazing Sarah! I love reading all about it. We all miss you here, shabbat dinners are not the same.

We just love reading your blogs Sarah. Are you going to be able to bring your shells home with you? All this pizza - yummy!!! Much love
ReplyDeleteSwimming in the rain? That sounds fantastic..... as long as there is no thunder or lightning. WOW!!! They say rain water makes your hair really really soft. How's Daddy's head? To climb all the way to the top of a church steeple to play the bells with his head. You are certainly adding to your shell collection. I hope you'll be able to bring a few of them home with you. Does Montenegro seem very different from Croatia? Do people sound different to you? Do the streets and the plazas or squares look different? How did you know the play was being done by an acting school? Could you tell anything at all about the story they were trying to act out? All of your days seem to be filled with so much delicious experiences not to mention the ice cream. Is your tooth coming in? You haven't said anything about it since it fell out in Israel. I love you and miss you. Can you feel my hugs across the ocean?
