I almost want to come home just to see grandpa michael in a tutu- if he can put it on.
On Thursday we visited Debronik Farm and we saw a well of water with baskets that were made out of metal and they were chained together and used a gear to make it move. They actually used the water on the farm to make a stream.
Then we went to HaHula Reserve. We saw beavers and we also saw seven turtles. One of the beavers was going into his habitat.
Then we went to Tal Dan and we saw two crabs. It gave me the heebie geebies.
Then we went to Banias. We saw a water fall. I liked it a lot.
Then on Friday we did a water hike which was called Senir Stream. And we did the hike four times. How we did it four times is that we did half way and then went back and then we did the full thing and then we went back again.
Then we went to Misgav Am. And we waited an hour because we were earlier than the tour. And we saw Lebanon's bunkers. Some of them. At Misgav Am, it is the only place in all of Israel that gets snow. And the kibbutz shares with the Israeli army.

ReplyDeletehave fun,
all our love
Loved the idea of you sketching what you are getting to see so that we can share in it when you get home. Missed you last night at Shabbat dinner. Much love
ReplyDeleteHello gorgeous!!!!! You want to see Grandpa in a tutu? So does the rest of the world. On to other things: With regard to your dislike of the food in
ReplyDeleteIsrael, Grandpa is reminded of his childhood in Bat Yam when he had to hunt and cook his own food. A few of his favorites were fried squirrel, buffalo steak, lizard eggs, mashed road kill and sushi. He ate all of it so there is none left in the country. I'm sure Mommy can cook up a batch of road kill for you if you ask nicely. And don't forget to ask for a "Monday" with whipped cream on top. We love you soooooo much.

ReplyDeleteThat sounds fun! Once I held a baby hermit crab. Anyway...I had my big show a couple days ago. It was really fun and long. Wish you were there. I remember water hiking with you. It is fun! Did you have to jump rocks? Did you wear water shoes? Miss you!
